Embodiment

Throughout our lives, body movement is the primary channel through which we connect with implicit experience, accept and express emotion, and continue to re-work, re-weave, and integrate embodied experiences. Through yoga, somatic and dance practices, we can connect with the emotional anatomy of the body. This allows us to synchronize and balance the energy of the body and mind and get back to our aliment of who we truly are. The integration of body and mind, as well as awareness of movement, are all aspects of body therapy.
